The rooms are excellent with a lovely view straight out to the vineyard. We had booked both nights in the restaurant which was excellent - the Tapas is varied and of a high standard. What I liked was the wine was not expensive - they only add on £5 to the retail price in the restaurant. We did the wine tour where Bart's sense of humour was as dry as the wine! Very informative and funny. Breakfast is ordered the night before and you book a time but we arrived early each morning and it was no issue. Service from all staff was excellent as was the breakfast. Overall I would highly recommend this as a 1 or 2 night break away from it all with good food and good wine.

Fabulous get-away
Lovely overnight stay. The staff were really nice and helpful. We checked in to an extremely clean and well presented room. Then took a short tour of the winery and took part in the wine tasting which was great. Later the tapas style evening meal was delicious. Even though they appeared to be fully booked it was really quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast the following morning was ready upon arrival to the restaurant (hot food was cooked when we asked for it too). I cannot recommend this enough!

Belated 40th Birthday Stay
Just got back from a lovely overnight stay in a Vineyard View Room...The wine tour was relaxed and we were left to do the tasting at our leisure which was nice. All the staff were so helpful and friendly...They even left a Birthday Card in our room for me..very sweet...Thanks again. Social Distancing was followed through the tour/tasting and restaurant. The Tapas Menu was Delicious and the Full Breakfast was outstanding. Thanks again for a lovely stay

Best birthday present ever
My son bought me this visit for my 60th birthday. From the moment we walked in Jill welcomed us like family. Our room with the vineyard view was beautiful., the wine tasting - by Jill again was informative and seriously good fun in an intimate setting with 4 others. The food was divine and freshly prepared to order. Breakfast again was heavenly and exactly how we wanted it to be. Settling up was easy and Jill gave us the loveliest of goodbyes. If you want a classy break we couldn't recommend it more. Thank you to all of the team.

During a stressful couple of years with my husband being diagnosed Stage 3 and then Stage 4 Bowel Cancer, this place was a breath of fresh air. A great place to unwind and forget our troubles if only for a weekend. The lodge we stayed in 'Hereford' was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, making our stay very special. The tapas menu is great with a lot of variety and the wine tasting experience is very informative. Although an expensive weekend it was worth every penny, an amazing treat. Would definitely recommend.

Boutique accommodation overlooking vineyard
Had an overnight stay here with afternoon wine tasting and an evening meal. Lovely accommodation with patio area right outside the French doors overlooking the rolling vineyard. Evening meal was Tapas dishes-very tasty. Breakfast was also good. Staff , especially Carole, were very helpful as me welcoming. A great stay. Recommended
