A fresh, refreshing rosé with subtle berry fruit aromas. An off-dry palate has classic English summer fruit and hints of summer hedgerow. A crisp, fresh finish make this ideal summer drinking as an aperitif or with fish dishes and BBQs. WINEMAKING DETAILS: Gentle pneumatic pressing, yeast 71B, fermented at 16°c in stainless steel tanks. Bentonite fining. No MLF. Crossflow filter and membrane 0.45m.
